Last moment to analyze the External Astral Season in the sky of DF

In the early evening of this Monday (8/17), the External Astral Season (ISS) will be on display for the last time this week. The season will be able to be an idea for about 3 minutes, at 18h54. As of last Wednesday (8/8), the ISS was visible 12 times in the sky of Brasilia.

To find the structure, look at 17º west-southwest, subcollateral point between west and southwest. The season will end 11th to the south. More information is available on the NASA website.

It is possible to analyze the time foreshortened attention, but the use of cameras or telescopes offers a clearer fiction.

ISS is an astral laboratory that began to be set up, in scope, in 1998. Its construction ended in 2011. It houses astronauts from different countries, who then carry out various scientific experiments.

The time orbits the Earth at a height of almost 400km. It travels at a speed of 27,700km / h, making 15 full turns on Earth each day
