The Court of Justice of the Federal District and Territories (TJDFT) postponed the second resumption of the agency’s face-to-face activities, scheduled for August 31. The decision took into account the worsening of the coronavirus pandemic in DF.
According to Joint Portico 72, hearings and face-to-face sessions of any class, even at Aldeia de Ouvido de Custódia (NAC), as well as direct agreements by the Coordination of Precordia de Precatorios (COORPRE), would happen again until the end of the month (31/8). Nevertheless, Pórtico Conjunta 87, published last Friday (8/14), revoked the provisions that would make attitudes of community distancing more flexible.
The face-to-face hearings of defendants’ cases held in the Criminal discussion and Judgment Courts courts, as well as those involving hospitalized teenagers and apologies in case of transgression of socio-educational provision, are held by appointment as of August 3 and continue to be held.
Another device from Pórtico Conjunta 72 that remains current authorizes the practice of expertise in the Social Security Court (VAP) and in what is done regarding Personal Injuries by Land Motor Vehicles (DPVAT), starting on the 31st of this month.
According to the TJDFT, the next phases of the Resumption Plan for Presential Activities will be an instrument for future regulations, according to the perspective of progress of covid-19 in the Federal District.
